Returns & Exchanges

Hi there—before we get into the details, I just want to say: if something isn’t right with your order, please reach out.

Whether something arrived damaged, there’s an issue with your order, or you have a question about what you received—I truly want you to be happy with your yarn. I’m always happy to help and will do my best to make things right.

Now for the details—

Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, all sales are final. Each skein is dyed in small batches, and variations in color are part of what makes each piece unique.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at jen@spinningbirdstudio.com with photos, and we will make it right.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Color preference changes

  • Dye lot variations between skeins

  • Fiber feel or texture preferences

We do our best to photograph colors accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
